![]() I once bought both a Stike Pack and Cronus Zen to see what the hubbub was about. But I'm very willing to have my mind changed. ![]() The option is there for enough players that I'm having a hard time considering button/keybinding a cheat, rather than an option. I've learned to mildly control recoil on most of my go to guns, and don't want to reassign my back button because I'm a pinger 4 life. I loose them because I'm a fucking idiot sometimes, and there are many better players than me. And to be fair, I don't loose my fights because I whiff all my shots. ![]() But, if that option is available to such a wide range of the playerbase.is it cheating? What's stopping me, or anyone with an aftermarket/elite controller, or an MnK person from simply keybinding an additional button to compensate for vertical recoil? Besides integrity I guess. As a Valk main, it's really nice to be able to fully move in the air and launch rockets, and the fast ping is great for me since I don't play with a mic as to not annoy the lady of the house.īut like. Currently I use them for pinging and tactical. I mean, couldn't you also just assign another button to the stick moving downward slowly, and do the same to a keybind? I have a 3rd party controller because it was cheaper than the Xbox ones they had at target when I went to replace my old one because my cat is a fuckin dick. I struggle to blame the people that use it, I more blame the fact that they’re able to. The game is full of Cronus users and the game supposedly can’t detect that. So, the truth is, the devs etc let this happen. Some content creators were saying that the vast majority of high end ranked in apex/warzone/Fortnite is full of Cronus players etc. The fact that it’s sold out tells you that way more people than you’d expect use these. He has been banned live on stream twice and then had his acc reinstated. Mentioning this as there are suspicions of quite a few streamers some kid named Ayden being one that many people complain uses a Cronus (including Tim the tatman) but the game protects him. Once you are whitelisted you’re also not getting banned. I must admit I didn’t know what a Cronus was and after some brief searching I’ve learned that there is a “whitelist” which highly viewed streamers get access to - which is essentially a bot lobby. I found this post interesting and so thank you for posting. It sticks out like a sore thumb.Įdit: Implying streamers (most) have put in the time to do something 99.999999% of you will never do. You may fool people that don’t get into higher lobbies, but you’re definitely not fooling any experienced player. ![]() There’s a difference in amazing recoil control/no recoil at all. You can be absolute dogshit, and still able to easily pick out who’s running a script. You can play casually, and yes, they still cheat. You can be a great player, but yes, people still cheat. Cronuses are sold out for a reason most of the time. No matter what you think, cheating is a major issue. It’s because the people using strike packs/Cronuses downvote to try to bury the issue. If this post were to take off (it won’t,) is downvotes will out weigh comments. Not them using it themselves, but the fact people want to replicate their play, and the only way they can do it is by running custom scripts.Īnd the #1 factor you know it’s a problem. But come across two in one squad, and it’s a bitch. Thankfully, usually people running scripts have terrible movement, and depend solely on the script doing the fire work for them. But quit ruining the game for people that practice their ass off to do exactly what the scripts are doing for you. You’re not going to be a pro, and never will. There’s something satisfying at actually mastering recoil for each individual weapon. I have a huge huge respect for those of us that keep it legit, and always have. I don’t even care for arenas, but if I want a good laugh I’ll play a few just to see what scripts people are running.
